What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive range of ferrous metal casting and forging services, strictly adhering to international standards such as ASTM,EN, DIN, and ISO. Our expertise includes working with ductile iron and high-strength alloy steels, applying precise heat treatment processes to optimize the metal's microstructure. We ensure component integrity through rigorous testing, including spectrographic chemical analysis, tensile and hardness testing, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods like Radiography or Ultrasonic inspection. This guarantees that every part is free from internal defects and fully capable of performing under extreme mechanical stress.Building on our ferrous metal expertise, we distinguish ourselves through our specialized manufacturing of Chrome Steel and high-performance alloys. We work with a broad spectrum of technical grades, ranging from the 4140 and 4340 series (Chrome-Moly), renowned for their exceptional toughness, to the 5115 series (Chromium for carburizing) and other alloys compliant with AISI/SAE and DIN standards.
This specialization allows us total control over the mechanical properties of each component. By implementing precision Case Hardening and Tempering processes, we ensure that parts—especially gears and engine components—achieve a high surface hardness to resist wear, while maintaining a ductile core to absorb heavy shocks and vibrations. This results in an extended service life for machinery operating in the most demanding environments.
What We Provide
We provide a comprehensive manufacturing ecosystem built on a deep understanding of metallurgical properties, enabling us to produce engineered components that excel in performance and durability.
Our material portfolio includes:
Gray Cast Iron: Compliant with ASTM A48 and EN-GJL standards. We focus on grades like Class 35/40, offering superior vibration damping and thermal stress distribution, ideal for massive engine blocks and machine bases.Ductile / Nodular Iron: We produce advanced grades such as 60-40-18 and 80-55-06 (per ASTM A536) or GGG40/50/70. This material combines the castability of iron with steel-like tensile strength and ductility, making it the premier choice for gear housings, crankshafts, and high-impact structural components.Stainless Steel: Our expertise spans Austenitic grades (304L, 316L) for maximum chemical resistance, and Martensitic grades (410, 420) for applications requiring simultaneous high hardness and corrosion resistance, ensuring zero-porosity and premium surface finishes.Carbon & Alloy Steels: We process all industrial grades, from structural steel to specialized tool steels, with a focus on Chrome-Moly alloys (4140/4340). We execute precise heat treatment cycles (Nitriding, Carburizing, Induction Hardening) to achieve the exact mechanical specs defined in complex engineering blueprints.
